Motorola will Open 50 Moto Hubs in Mumbai Soon
Motorola has announced the opening of 50 Moto Hubs in Mumbai with a focus on strengthening retail store in the western region. Earlier this year Motorola opened 50 Moto Hubs in New Delhi and 25 stores in Kolkata recently.
The company is focusing on expanding its retail footprint across India rapidly. The Moto Hub stores will house the entire portfolio of Motorola devices, which also include the online exclusives Moto X4 and Moto MODs along with accessories such as on-ear and in-ear headphones, moto shells and covers.
Currently, Motorola Moto Hubs are now in 8 states in the country, with 25 Moto Hubs in malls across 10 cities. The company already is planning to open 1000 new Moto Hubs in the second phase of retail expansion in top 100 cities.
Motorola has announced a strategic partnership with Poorvika Mobiles around 43 cities in Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry and Karnataka and with Big C and Lot Mobile stores around 55 cities in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana a few months back.
“Offering premium customer experience has been a key pillar of our strategy and strengthening retail footprint in Mumbai is a step further in that direction. Moto Hub will offer unique Moto experience to customers in an environment they are familiar with, further helping us engage our customers better. We will continue to expand our retail presence and enhance the customer experience by making our product portfolio accessible and available to them and ensure that their varying needs are met with,” said Sudhin Mathur, Managing Director, Motorola Mobility India.
