Honor 9 Lite with Full-screen Display to be Launch in India on January 17

Huawei’s Honor brand announced that it will introduce a new smartphone Honor 9 Lite with dual front and rear cameras in India this month. Now Honor and Flipkart have confirmed that Honor 9 Lite will unveil on January 15. And the mobile phone will be launched exclusively on Flipkart.

The smartphone has a 5.65-inch full HD+ full-screen display with 18:9 aspect ratio. It comes with a 13MP front and rear cameras along with a secondary 2MP rear camera to capture depth information.  Honor 9 Lite is powered by Kirin 659 SoC, and runs on Android 8.0 (Oreo) with EMIUI 8.0 out-of-the-box.

It has a glass back, metal frame, and packs a 3000mAh battery. It also has a fingerprint sensor on the back that can unlock the phone in 0.25 seconds.

Honor 9 Lite comes in Black, Blue, Grey and Black color variants and was introduced in China at a price of 1199 yuan (US$ 182 / Rs. 11,670 approx.). We will know the exact price when the mobile phone is launched next Wednesday.
